Equizax Returns Policy

All items must be returned within 14 days of being received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the labels intact. We do not accept returns due to misuse or general wear and tear of the item.

We will not be held liable for returned items that get lost in the post so please make sure you use the correct service first class signed for.

Unless there is a manufacturing fault, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

If you are returning an item for an exchange, you are responsible for the postage costs of the new item.

Please include your name, address and contact information when returning an item.
